 2. Retainer (Specific Skill) - The more traditional form of consulting, including regular system maintenance, software and hardware upgrades, and network administration. 3. Project (Bail-out or Specific Skill) - This will include such things as consulting on major purchases, system/network installation and testing, and major disaster recovery

Circle Manage

Yellow Circle Solutions IT architecture services allow users to simplify and automate the management of all of their desktops, servers and laptops throughout the world, using a single database and Intranet server. Circle Manage automatically creates an accurate and up-to-date central repository (CMDB), consisting of detailed software, hardware and security configurations. Circle Manage reports include Security Audits, Software Licenses, XP and Vista upgrades, Change History, Health Status, Trend

Circle Manage features include the following:

  • Configuration management with detailed software, hardware and security reports.
  • Software License Compliance reports to easily see the number of licenses installed and where they are deployed.
  • Security Audits for Microsoft hot fixes and security updates, covering all OS and Office applications.*
  • Change History to automatically track and report all software and hardware adds and removes.
  • Performance Monitoring of important parameters such as hard drive S.M.A.R.T. status, network activity, CPU utilization, reboots and more.
  • CMDB (Configuration Management Database) consisting of detailed, accurate, up-to-date software, hardware and security configurations.

Circle Manage Base system is priced at $5,000.

  • This price includes the Circle Manage server and up to 250 monitored clients. Additional clients are priced at $20/PC for the first 5,000 PCs; $15/PC for the next 5,000 PCs; $10/PC for all PCs over 10,000. Discount schedule is calculated for each purchase order.
  • Three months of updates and support included with initial purchase.
  • Optional additional years of updates and support at 20% of the purchase price, per year. If added at time of initial
  • purchase, 15% of purchase price. Includes all major and minor updates.
  • Circle Manage Change History Module is priced at $2,500.
  • This price includes the Change History module for up to 250 monitored clients. Additional clients are priced at $10/PC
  • For the first 5,000 PCs; $7.50/PC for the next 5,000 PCs; $5/PC for all PCs over 10,000. Discount schedule is calculatedfor each purchase order.
  • Includes three months of updates and support with the initial purchase. Optional years of updates and support are as listed above for the base product.

Circle Secure Module is priced at $2,500, purchased with Circle Manage Base system.

  • This price includes the Circle Secure module for up to 250 monitored clients. Additional clients are priced at $10/PC for the first 5,000 PCs; $7.50/PC for the next 5,000 PCs; $5/PC for all PCs over 10,000. Discount schedule is calculated for each purchase order.
  • Includes three months of updates and support with the initial purchase. Optional years of updates and support are as listed above for the base product.

Circle ManageSmall Network Package is priced at $1,725 and consists of the following:

  • Base System, consisting of server software and fifty (50) client licenses.
  • Change History module for fifty (50) clients.
  • Fifteen months of updates and support.
  • Additional client licenses can be added at $34.50 at the time of initial purchase and $36.00 afterwards.
  • Additional years of updates and support are at $6.00 per client for an additional twelve (12) months.

Circle ManageSmall Network Package with Circle Secure Module is priced at $2,300 and consists of the following:

  • Base System, consisting of server software and fifty (50) client licenses.
  • Circle Secure Module for fifty (50) clients.

  • Additional client licenses can be added at $46.00 at the time of initial purchase and $48.00 afterwards.

  • Monitored Clients: Windows 9x, Me, NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003, Vista and Linux. Yellow Circle Solutions, (BelManage, Product) offers both installable or agent-less solutions.
  • Server OS: Windows 2000 or 2003 Server.
  • Server Disk Space: 10 MB plus 100 KB per monitored PC
  • Server Database: MS SQL Express (included); MS SQL Server 7 or 2000 (customer supplied option, no additional cost for interface module) or Oracle 8i or 9i (customer supplied option, additional $5,000 cost for interface module).
