Here's how it works: Email gets routed through our Anti-SPAM servers before going to your mail server. Everything is done for you. Our Anti-SPAM Firewall scans each email and uses a combination of defensive layers to filter out SPAM and Viruses while allowing legitimate email to pass through.

Each user has access to a Web-based Quarantine. This separate mailbox prevents spam from cluttering up your inbox.

If you have new messages in quarantine, a daily email will be sent to remind you to review your Quarantine. This bulk email box can be checked at your convenience or ignored.

|
Even if you are receiving several hundred SPAM messages a day, only a few a day will end up in quarantine - You can review them in 45 seconds.

Each item in the Quarantine can be Deleted, White Listed, or Delivered. (White list means any future messages from that sender are always delivered, even if they look like spam - viruses are ALWAYS blocked.)

| With customizable protection you have the power to reclaim your email:

You have your own unique, password-protected preferences area that lets you control the spam filtering on your mailbox.

Each user can create their own white list of senders, ensuring that any emails from the senders on the white list will be delivered.

You select the level of protection you want - initially set up with relatively conservative, default preferences. But you have the option to either strengthen or relax your spam filtering. It's your choice.
